Aims and Scope

Journal of Studies in Language Learning and Teaching (JSLLT) is an acedemic, scholarly and peer-reviewd journal that publishes original research on all aspects of applied linguistics including foreign/second language acquisition and education.The journal publishes articles tied to modern achievments in research about learning and teaching foreign or second language. JSLLT is obviously national in focus but encourages reseraches done on different areas of applied linguistics coming around the world.The articles should have a sound theoretical base possessing a framwork to offer insights to the most significant issues related to language teaching. In spite of focusing basically on research on language eduction, JSLLT welcomes articles on language assessment and evaluation, language planning and policy, curriculum and materials development, maltimedia-assisted language teaching/learning technology, multilingualism, pragmatics,discourse analysis, psycholinguistics, sociolinguistics, translation studies and the application of literature in language education. The articles with aqualitative or quantitative approaches are considered appropriate for this journal. The journal also accepts submissions dealying with critical essays, and comparative book reviews
