Journal of Studies in Language Learning and Teaching (JSLLT), published by 
Yazd University (IRAN), is a peer-reviewed journal that aims to publish 
research within the area of second or foreign language teaching and learning. 
The journal is a venue for studies that demonstrate sound research methods 
and which report findings that have clear pedagogical implications. The 
journal calls for unpublished original manuscripts to be considered for 
publication in January 2024. 
Scope: Thorough investigation and research ensures this journal is 
international in focus, interdisciplinary, and innovative, seeking to stimulate 
new avenues of enquiry, including: Methodology, The teaching of specific 
skills and language for specific and academic purposes, 'action' research, Corpus linguistics, 
CALL, CLT and TBLT, Critical Theory, Cultural Studies, Discourse and 
Interlanguage Pragmatics, ELT Materials Development and Evaluation,
Teacher Education, Testing and Assessment, Variation and 
Language Change, Media and Language, Research on English Language 
Teaching/Learning, Second Language Acquisition, Secondary and Tertiary 
English Education, Sociocultural Factors and English Education, Syllabus 
Design and Curriculum Development.
