بررسی ویژگی‌های کارآفرینی دانشجویان آموزش زبان انگلیسی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان مازندران

چکیده

تحقیق در مورد مهارت‌های کارآفرینی دانشجویان یکی از حوزه‌های مطالعاتی نسبتاً جدید در ایران است که طی دو دهه گذشته افزایش قابل توجهی در محققان داشته است. با این حال، در مورد کارآفرینی به طور خاص در بین دانشجویان گرایش آموزش زبان انگلیسی در ایران، تحقیقی صورت نگرفته است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی ویژگی‌های کارآفرینی دانشجویان کارشناسی و کارشناسی ارشد زبان انگلیسی دانشگاه‌های آزاد اسلامی استان مازندران و شناسایی موانع توسعه این ویژگی‌ها انجام شد. در مجموع 128 دانشجوی این رشته (47 دانشجوی کارشناسی ارشد و 81 دانشجوی کارشناسی) از چهار واحد مختلف با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه‌ای را تکمیل کردند که ویژگی‌هایی مانند ریسک‌پذیری، منبع کنترل درونی، توفیق‌طلبی، عمل‌گرایی، چالش‌جویی، سلامت فکری و تحمل ابهام را می‌سنجید. دانشجویان داوطلب (12 دانشجوی کارشناسی ارشد و 19 دانشجوی کارشناسی) نیز برای ارائه بینش بیشتر در مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته شرکت کردند. تجزیه و تحلیل آماری توصیفی و آزمون تی نمونه‌های مستقل نشان داد که ویژگی‌های کارآفرینی دانشجویان در سطح متوسط بوده و بین دانشجویان کارشناسی و کارشناسی ارشد تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد. تجزیه و تحلیل کیفی داده‌های مصاحبه چالش های شخصی، مالی، قانونی و آموزشی را به عنوان موانع توسعه کارآفرینی شناسایی کرد. بر اساس این یافته ها، توصیه هایی برای تقویت ویژگی های کارآفرینی دانشجویان این رشته ارائه شد.
